Where can I pick up my tickets?

You can pick up from the Bookings and Informaiton desk located at the entrance of Contact. Please collect your tickets half an hour before the performance.

Can I get a refund if a performance is cancelled?

Yes. We refund the full ticket price if a performance is cancelled.

Where can I park my car?

There are two car parks near Contact.

Dilworth Street car park is located in front of the building. It is only open to the public after 4pm weekdays and costs £2 on entry. It is open to the public all day at the weekend. Access is gained via Devas Street or Cecil Street with the entrance to the car park on Dilworth Street.

Cecil Street car park is approximately 20 metres from Contact at the junction of Cecil Street and Dilworth Street. It is open to the publci from 8am until 11pm daily.

Can I access the Internet at Contact?

We have three computer terminals in the lower foyer where you can access the Internet free of charge during opening hours.

We also have free WiFi available in the building. The wireless network does not require any password or passkey and is not secured in any way. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your computer whilst using this free facility.

Is seating reserved?

All seating in the theatres is non - reserved. You can choose where to sit when you arrive.
